Deploying surveys by link

Deploy surveys by link to collect anonymous responses
This feature is ideal for gathering feedback, polling a population that might not have usernames, and collecting responses in a snowball model in which responders can suggest other responses by sharing the link to the survey. Commonly known platforms that offer 'deploy by link' surveys include SurveyMonkey and Google Forms. You can now conduct this type of survey in mWater with the added advantage of real-time data analysis and reporting formats friendly to maps and dashboards.

How it works

Users familiar with traditional deployments know that the enumerators have to be set up either individually or in an organization before the deployment. In this case, once the survey is designed, you can deploy it immediately by creating a deploy link. Anyone with the link can complete the survey.
The deploy box is a little different. It offers the link and asks you to include a username and contact information that will appear when a potential respondent opens the link.
The new interface for deployments offers two choices: deploy to specific enumerators (you have to know their usernames or organization branches in advance); or deploy to anonymous respondents by creating a link.
